I was roaming the busy streets of Columbus when animal control was called to come get me. The neighbors knew where I lived but my owner would not keep me confined. I was taken to the Franklin County Animal Shelter and my owner was contacted to come for me but even after he promised to come he never bothered to come for me.

I did not have a good life with him, which is apparent by the scar and lack of hair, where at one time I had a collar embedded in my neck. This is a scar I will live with the rest of my life but I will not dwell on it as I have found a new life, a great life. I am now an inside dog, I get fed and loved on daily something that at first was scary. Grandma says that there is even a better life, one where I will have my very own forever family that will love me and treat me with love and respect.

Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me it would be greatly  appreciated. Without the rescue who knows where we would have ended up!!
